At Louvien Santini, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing exceptional service. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process
Return Policy
You may return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs), provided the item meets the following criteria:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags, labels, and packaging.
- All accompanying documentation and accessories (if applicable) are included.
If these conditions are not met, the item may depreciate in value, or the refund may be declined.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@louviensantini.com within 48 hours of receipt. Provide the following details:
- Your order reference number and invoice number.
- Photographs of the defect or incorrect item.
- Indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
Once we confirm the issue, we will provide instructions for the return. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or ship a replacement (subject to stock availability) within 14 days.
If the requested replacement is unavailable due to stock shortages, you may choose:
- A full refund of your payment.
- An alternative product of your choice (with any price difference adjusted accordingly).
Note: Louvien Santini is not liable for the delivery company used for returns. We recommend obtaining proof of delivery for your returned items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Exchanges
We will replace defective or damaged items with the same product (subject to availability). If you need a different size or a replacement for a faulty item, email us at info@louviensantini.com for assistance.
